We need to save the postage because the dimension of product is too big. So please double check the description and make sure what you ordered is exactly the item you needed. 

All orders will be shipped in 1 business day (The order comes before 3 pm CST will ship the same day!), excluding holidays. Expedited service is not available.
We offer free shipping on all products within the continental 48 states. Orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) will be required to pay a surcharge for shipping.

*International buyers please note that we are not responsible for the international shipping fee & your country's import tax duty. You may need to pick international shipping service yourself and send us the shipping label.
Ship from our own warehouse located in Katy, CA 3PL, Amazon. Welcome to pick up by yourself if you are local.
Expected delivery time: It will take 2-5 days. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to uncontrollable factors, especially after holidays. -Sometimes the status of USPS package is shown as label created.This doesnt mean item was not shipped out. Item might not be scanned or staff just got this step skipped.
